| Overseas competitors are kindly requested to inform CBA by fax:86-10-67143494 or e-mail to bdchnoffice@yahoo.com.cn of their arrival date, time and flight number, etc. at least 10 days before arrival. Transportation may not be provided if insufficient time is given for arrangements to be made. |
| Ground transportation to and from the venue will only be provided to participants staying at the official hotel. |
| VISA |
| If participants need to have entry visa to China, please kindly provide the following information to CBA by June 15, 2007 such as name, profession, sex, nationality and passport number, as well as where to pick up their visa. Please be advised that any detail of the name, profession, sex , nationality and passport number can not be neglected. |
